STOCK AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS: the products shown in this E-catalogue are available until depletion of stock and must be used only for the purpose they have been conceived for.
TECNIWORK DECLINES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES DERIVED FROM IMPROPER USE OF THESE ITEMS.
Deliveries
All orders placed within 16:00 (4.00 PM) will be shipped in 24h depending on stock availability and delivered within 3-4 working days.
Freight costs:
Freight costs are at your charge and will be calculated according to the volume of the ordered goods.
Returned good – conditions
Upon delivery, the buyer has to verify the conditions of the received products, (i.e. check the correspondence of item’s references and quantities with the order and, of course, the quality of the goods).
Moreover, upon receipt of the parcel, customers are kindly asked to carefully check that it has not been damaged or opened in transit. In case, please accept the goods with reserve and contact our Customer Service for further instructions on how to return the goods.
No claims can be accepted if notified later than 7 working days from receipt of delivery. Claims must be addressed to Customer Service either by phone or by written form (e-mail or fax). No product may be sent back without Tecniwork’s prior authorization.
All goods returned should be sent back in perfect conditions, complete with all accessories, and accompanied both by their original packaging and a delivery bill with the buyer's customer number and the invoice date and number on which the goods were supplied.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL: documents will be inside the package or in an envelope attached to the package itself. Take out the invoice before you throw the packaging away.
