Atramaun Ag is acontact dressing, which is a sterile tablet made ofpolyamide fibres coated with elementalsilver and impregnated with triglyceride-based ointment.

It is ready to use and has antibacterial and atraumatic properties for wound management.

Suitable for the treatment of infected wounds and as an additional infection prophylaxis in wound care.

The thin, soft support material ensures good contact with the wound. The surface of the support material and the ointment prevent the compress from sticking to the wound and the dressing can be removed painlessly.

Active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria; bacteria are destroyed on the surface of the tablet by silver ions in a moist environment.

The ointment acts on the wound edges keeping them soft and does not macerate them.

The product can be combined with all other hydroactive and traditional dressing products.
