Product description

Digital thermoforming machine with integrated vacuum pump and foot pedal for the Thermotec vacuum function, ideal for making thermoformed insoles on direct mould take-up. With manual settings or with automatic programs for vacuum, time and heat settings. With integrated vacuum pump and heating system. Equipped with external valves with quick connection for possible connection to silicone cushions for direct impression (Ref. VN441).

The large working surface allows the processing of insoles up to size 52.

Multi-point heating

The heating plate, made of high-quality non-stick material, is made of aluminium reinforced with titanium particles that absorb energy, heat up quickly and distribute the heat in an optimal form over the entire working surface (36 x 27 cm).

High-performance vacuum

Thermotec is equipped with the innovative Maxpress system based on a high-performance vacuum pump, which is maintenance-free and ensures optimum vacuum levels for perfect thermoforming and customisation of all types of material. It is also possible to create a vacuum simultaneously in the upper chamber and in the external outlets.

Multiple connections

Two external vacuum outlets are included at the rear, allowing direct gripping and connection with silicone cushions for direct impression (Ref. VN441). The foot pedal allows a controlled vacuum, leaving your hands free for more precise work.

Digital control

The digital control panel with LCD display allows total control for individual adjustment of temperature, time, vacuum level and for setting up the 8 work programmes.
