Digital thermoforming machine mounted on a painted steel cabinet with pivoting wheels and integrated Podotec Avant vacuum pump.

Ideal for making thermoformed insoles on direct moulding. With integrated vacuum pump and heating system. Controlled heating allows you to work all day without having to stop the machine. Equipped with external valves with quick connection for possible connection to silicone cushions for direct impression taking (Ref. VN441). Faithful rendering of the anatomical plantar relief.

Mounted on a practical and compact cabinet 

Painted steel, with 1 drawer, 2 shelves and 4 swivel castors, ideal for moving the Thermoforming Machine around the surgery.

Large working surface

Pressure platform with high-strength silicone membrane and Unifix self-locking system.

The larger working surface (43 x 33 cm) allows processing of 4 insoles simultaneously.

Multi-point heating

The heating plate, with high-quality non-stick coating, is made of aluminium reinforced with titanium particles, which absorbs energy, heats up quickly and distributes the heat optimally over the entire working surface.

Digital control

The digital control panel with LCD display allows full control of functions such as: individual adjustment of temperature, time and vacuum level, and the setting of the 8 work programmes.

High performance vacuum

The Podotec Avant is equipped with the innovative Maxpress system based on a high-performance vacuum pump, which is maintenance-free and ensures optimum vacuum levels for perfect thermoforming and customisation of all types of material. It is also possible to create a vacuum simultaneously in the upper chamber and in the external outlets.
