Complete active staple system Podofix Set

Podofix is an orthonixia system consisting of active staples for nail correction.

It is an idealtreatment for non-invasive correction of ingrown toenails, ingrown nails and other abnormalities or for preventing them, such as after partial toenail resections.

The Podofix clip, which is available in 4 sizes (Mini 12 mm - Small 16 mm - Medium 19 mm and Large 22 mm) is active for a period of approx. 2 weeks to 2 months; during this time the clip can be replaced with a new one until the desired result is achieved.

It consists of an elastic plastic pad that is glued to the nail and an activation wire that stretches the staple once glued.

After application, the metal wire fits into the cavity of the pad and can be sealed so that the nail surface is smooth.
