Viscous fluid podiatry silicone, ideal for making special orthoses in combination with tubular foam bandages and gauze .

Particularly suitable for making self-modelling, walking orthoses.

Features excellent mechanical properties for an extra thin and flexible, yet strong result.

Can be catalysed with any paste, liquid or gel hardener.

Details

Colour: Beige/Grey

Mixing ratio silicone/hardener: 100:5-10

Processing and setting time: approx. 5-10 minutes

Hints

Usage:

Cut the tubular fabric or gauze.

Dose the necessary silicone on a sheet of silicone paper or on a plastic plate.

Pour in the hardener (5 to 10%) and mix together with the silicone and the tubular fabric or gauze.

Apply the bandages mixed with silicone to the foot and shape.

Cover the working area with a transparent film.

After approx. 10 minutes the orthosis can be cut and finished.
