The abrasive parts are self-adhesive and available in three grits: coarse, medium and fine.

Fitting to the rasp: Press the abrasive pad onto the clean, dry steel base of the rasp.
Combination of two grit sizes: It is recommended to apply a coarse or medium grit to one side of the rasp to remove calluses, and a fine grit to the other side to finish off the work.
Use: Use the tool for foot care.
Removing the replacement part: After use, remove and dispose of the abrasive part.
