4. Legal Bases for Processing / Why We Process Your Data
Core Purposes (Mandatory Data Provision)
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Promotional Activities (Optional Data Provision and Consent)
Sending commercial communications, newsletters, executing direct marketing, market analysis, etc., by means of:
E-mails may contain tools that track openings and link clicks (tracking pixels), but data is counted only in an anonymous and aggregate form.
Marketing Details:
With your express consent, we may send, through computerized and non-computerized tools (i.e., traditional methods such as paper mail and/or operator-assisted calls), communications for monitoring the progress of client relationships, as well as planning and executing analytical, strategic, and operational marketing activities, and informing on commercial and promotional activities concerning goods/services related to those for which the relationship was established and the contact request was sent. The purpose in question may therefore be pursued for reasons beyond those strictly connected to the core purposes, if you decide to grant consent (after reviewing the information present here). If you do not wish to provide consent (which is optional) for the aforementioned purpose, the foundation and subsequent obligations of the relationship between our company and you will not be compromised or altered; the petitions and requests made will also be processed in any case. Therefore, if you wish to grant consent, it will be considered valid for contacts via both traditional methods and computerized tools (e.g., e-mail, SMS, MMS, fax, automated calls). If at any time you wish to exercise your right to object and/or withdraw consent, you may proceed separately and independently for any of the contact methods.
Mailing List or Newsletter:
By registering to the mailing list or newsletter, the User's e-mail address is automatically included in a contact list to which e-mail messages containing information, including of a commercial and promotional nature, relating to our services may be transmitted. The User's e-mail address may also be added to this list as a result of registering on this Application or after making a request. Sent e-mails may contain tracking tools (tracking pixels and tracked links) that detect if and when the message is opened and which links are clicked, as described in Section 5 ("Tracking Tools in E-mails"), but data is counted only in an anonymous and aggregate form.
Contact Form:
By filling out the contact form with their Data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other nature indicated by the form's header.
Interaction with Social Networks and External Platforms:
This type of service allows interactions with social networks, or other external platforms, directly from the pages of this Site. The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the User's privacy settings related to each social network. If a service for interacting with social networks is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may collect traffic data relating to the pages where it is installed.
Profiling (Optional Data Provision and Consent)
Profiling mechanisms may be used to create your personalized profile based on the preferences and tastes expressed, and to send you advertising messages consistent with your profile. In this way, any advertising messages you might receive will be of greater interest to you. As provided by current privacy regulations, prior consent, which is revocable at any time, is required to carry out this activity.
Regarding the activity in question, it is specified that automated profiling of users (in general, of natural persons) may be carried out in order to analyze or predict aspects concerning professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences or interests, reliability or behavior, location, and movements of the data subject, insofar as this allows outlining a profile of the data subject with subsequent primarily promotional and targeted actions towards you. Predominantly, we might take care to analyze and create your personalized profile based on preferences and tastes manifested while browsing and entering data within the Tecniwork website, and send you advertising messages consistent with your profile. In this way, advertising messages/communications/notices, etc., that you might eventually receive will be of greater interest to you. As provided by current privacy regulations, prior consent, revocable at any moment, is required to carry out this activity.
Other Purposes (Optional Data Provision and Consent)
Use of Audio/Video Recordings: In the event that your specific authorization is granted as specified above, personal data (specifically: video recordings, photographic images, audio recordings during events, fairs, conferences, etc.) are collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of creating and producing promotional and representative material of the company organization, always in compliance with current regulatory limitations and requirements.

The processing of data concerning you is carried out through manual and automated tools, with methods strictly related to the purposes indicated herein and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools: In carrying out the activities described in Section 4 (for example, managing requests received via the website, contact form, or e-mail; preparing responses, documents, and communications; organizing and summarizing information), authorized Tecniwork personnel may utilize the following generative artificial intelligence tools: Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini, integrated into the corporate e-mail and Google Workspace tools (Google). These tools are used exclusively through corporate accounts covered by contractual agreements with providers, and not through personal employee accounts.
Artificial intelligence tools are used as operational support for the same purposes indicated in Section 4 and on the basis of the same legal grounds; their use does not involve additional purposes.

Only strictly necessary data is entered, and special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) are not included. Based on current agreements, providers undertake not to use data processed on behalf of Tecniwork to train their artificial intelligence models.
Content processed through artificial intelligence tools is stored according to the settings configured by Tecniwork and the terms of the respective agreements; upon termination of the relationship with the provider, they are deleted as provided by such agreements (for Anthropic, within 30 days, and for Google Gemini, 3 months).
Should you wish to obtain further information, we remind you of the rights guaranteed to you as specified herein.
7. When is the User Obligated to Provide Data?
Core Purposes: Obligatory.

The types of personal data collected and processed on the www.tecniwork.it website are those necessary for the provision of the requested services, and in the remaining cases, derive from user browsing. It is therefore evident that, if such data were not provided, the services requiring the use of these tools cannot be supplied to you. If you do not express your consent to receive advertising or direct sales information or interactive commercial communication, your e-mail and phone number will not be used for this purpose. In this case, the tools for tracking openings and clicks described in Section 5 will not be used either, except for the aggregate and anonymous tracking mentioned therein.

The possibility remains at any time to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent granted before the withdrawal.
11. Transfer to Non-EU Countries
The Data Controller might transfer your data to non-EU countries to utilize services such as storage, artificial intelligence tools, or for creating mailing lists; naturally, in this case, Tecniwork undertakes to verify the security of the personal data transfer using criteria established by regulations (for example: the presence of a 'legally binding instrument' with executive efficacy between public authorities or bodies; binding corporate rules; standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission; codes of conduct; certification mechanisms).
The transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union:
