Kuartz HD professional drill bit kit for micromotors, withstandard cut. Ideal for filing down even the thickest toenails, reducing calluses and working quickly with nail reconstruction materials.

The active part of the bur, which comes into contact with the treated area, is made of 100% biocompatible, metal-free material.It remains clean during use, improving cutting performance andreducingvibrations and overheating, allowing forcontinuous and controlled removal. 

During operation, a powderis produced that is nottoo fine, making it much easier for the vacuum system to extract. 

The procedure is therefore much faster and more precise, and patients also experience a more comfortable treatment, with vibrations and overheating reduced to a minimum.

Autoclavable up to 180°C.


The kit comprises:
Ref. CM137 Kuartz HD professional bur, standard cut 4.0 mm and elongated conical tip - 1 pc

Ref. CM134 Kuartz HD professional bur, standard cut 6.0 mm with elongated conical tip - 1 pc

Ref. CM130 Kuartz HD professional bur, standard cut 6.0 mm and conical tip - 1 pc

Hints

Good hygiene:

 

Spray with a ready-to-use instrument pre-treatment, and wait for at least 5 minutes.

Rinse and proceed with simultaneous cleaning, washing and disinfection using a concentrated disinfectant detergent, which must be diluted in water and can be used in ultrasonic equipment. 

The contact time with the instruments is 10 minutes, up to a maximum of 15 minutes, after which rinse thoroughly with demineralised water and dry.

Proceed with autoclave sterilisation. 


Warning: do not use temperatures exceeding 180°C.


For optimal long-term performance and thorough cleaning, we recommend cleaning the Kuartz HD bur with the specific nylon bur brush, Ref. CM852, which effectively removes debris from the cutting edge, teeth and grooves of the bur head without damaging the material. 

Do not use abrasive steel brushes or other aggressive materials.
