Self-adhesive hydrocolloid dressing containing absorbent hydrophilic particles coated with a layer of polyurethane.

The expansion of the dressing and the formation of a gel ensure a moist healing environment, whilst exudate is retained within its structure.

Suitable for non-infected wounds that are slow to heal, abrasions and to promote re-epithelialisation.

Gentle on the skin when changing the dressing, it promotes healing by reducing the frequency of changes and leaves no residue on the wound bed.

Flexible and comfortable thanks to its rounded edges.

Latex-free.
