E-mails may contain tools that track openings and link clicks (tracking pixels), but data is counted only in an anonymous and aggregate form.
Marketing Details:
With your express consent, we may send, through computerized and non-computerized tools (i.e., traditional methods such as paper mail and/or operator-assisted calls), communications for monitoring the progress of client relationships, as well as planning and executing analytical, strategic, and operational marketing activities, and informing on commercial and promotional activities concerning goods/services related to those for which the relationship was established and the contact request was sent. The purpose in question may therefore be pursued for reasons beyond those strictly connected to the core purposes, if you decide to grant consent (after reviewing the information present here). If you do not wish to provide consent (which is optional) for the aforementioned purpose, the foundation and subsequent obligations of the relationship between our company and you will not be compromised or altered; the petitions and requests made will also be processed in any case. Therefore, if you wish to grant consent, it will be considered valid for contacts via both traditional methods and computerized tools (e.g., e-mail, SMS, MMS, fax, automated calls). If at any time you wish to exercise your right to object and/or withdraw consent, you may proceed separately and independently for any of the contact methods.

Profiling (Optional Data Provision and Consent)
Profiling mechanisms may be used to create your personalized profile based on the preferences and tastes expressed, and to send you advertising messages consistent with your profile. In this way, any advertising messages you might receive will be of greater interest to you. As provided by current privacy regulations, prior consent, which is revocable at any time, is required to carry out this activity.
Regarding the activity in question, it is specified that automated profiling of users (in general, of natural persons) may be carried out in order to analyze or predict aspects concerning professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences or interests, reliability or behavior, location, and movements of the data subject, insofar as this allows outlining a profile of the data subject with subsequent primarily promotional and targeted actions towards you. Predominantly, we might take care to analyze and create your personalized profile based on preferences and tastes manifested while browsing and entering data within the Tecniwork website, and send you advertising messages consistent with your profile. In this way, advertising messages/communications/notices, etc., that you might eventually receive will be of greater interest to you. As provided by current privacy regulations, prior consent, revocable at any moment, is required to carry out this activity.
Other Purposes (Optional Data Provision and Consent)
