Class S autoclave for instrument sterilisation – Axyia 6 l

A compact autoclave for S-type cycles, with the option to connect an external printer.

Equipped with automated processes that allow you to operate it simply by pressing a button, for safe and rapid sterilisation.

Suitable for sterilising both bagged and unbagged instruments, as well as porous materials.

Equipped with 4 sterilisation programmes and a self-diagnostic system.

A powerful microprocessor controls pressure and temperature levels and regulates steam saturation, constantly monitoring the sterilisation cycle.

Air is not expelled by a vacuum pump but via an advanced thermodynamic system, controlled by the microprocessor.

At the end of the cycle, the autoclave switches off automatically.

A drying pump improves and accelerates the drying process.

This pump draws air from outside through the bacteriological filter and generates forced ventilation in the chamber.

The small chamber volume (6 litres) and the preheating function allow small loads to be sterilised quickly.

Sterilisation programmes Cycle S:
Solid: 134°C for 4 minutes, for all unpackaged instruments
Porous: 134°C for 14 minutes, for all bagged instruments and porous materials
Solid: 121°C for 20 minutes, for all unpackaged instruments
Porous: 121°C for 30 minutes, for all bagged instruments and porous materials.
