Product description

Kuartz HD professional single-direction burr for micromotor, with standard cut and conical tip.

Ideal for lowering even the thickest toe nails, quickly working on reconstruction materials and reducing calluses.

The active part of the burr, which comes into contact with the treated area, is made of 100% biocompatible, metal-free material. It remains clean during use, improving cutting performance and reducing vibrations and overheating, allowing for continuous and controlled removal.

During processing, a not-too-fine powder is created that can be extracted much more easily by the aspirator

Autoclavable up to 180°.

Hints

Proper hygiene:

Spray with a ready-to-use instrument pre-treatment, and wait at least 5 minutes.

Rinse and proceed with cleaning, washing and disinfecting at the same time with a concentrated disinfectant detergent, which must be diluted in water and can be used in ultrasonic equipment.

The contact time with the instruments is 10 minutes, for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which rinse thoroughly with demineralised water and dry.

Proceed with autoclave sterilisation.

Caution: do not use temperatures above 180°C.

For better performance over time and perfect cleaning, we recommend cleaning the Kuartz HD burr with the specific nylon burr brush, Ref. CM852, which effectively removes residues from the cut, teeth and grooves of the burr head without damaging the material.

Do not use abrasive brushes made of steel or other aggressive materials.
