Product description

Professional one-way milling cutter for micromotors made of Premium Carbon with fine spiral teeth and truncated cone-shaped tip.

The DLC treatment consists of a special surface coating based on amorphous carbon, which protects the cutter from wear over time and gives the material optimum characteristics: high hardness, low friction coefficient, chemical inertia (does not react chemically with other elements) and high wear resistance.

Ideal for quickly and effectively lowering thick nails, reducing nail length, working with and removing reconstruction materials such as gel and acrylic and finishing and smoothing small thickened areas of the foot.

Autoclavable up to 180°.

Recommended operating speed: 15,000 to 20,000 rpm

Hints

Correct hygiene:

Spray with Ref. CP709, ENZIMASEPT SPRAY, ready-to-use instrument pretreater and wait at least 5 minutes.

Rinse and proceed with simultaneous cleaning, cleansing and disinfection with Ref. CP708 ENZIMASEPT, concentrated disinfectant detergent, which must be diluted in water and can be used in ultrasonic equipment.

Contact time with instruments is 10 minutes, maximum 15 minutes, after which rinse thoroughly with demineralised water and dry.

Proceed with autoclaving.

Caution: Do not use temperatures above 180°C.

For best performance over time and perfect cleaning, we recommend cleaning the Carbonio Premium cutter with the specific soft cutter brush , Ref. CM850 or hard cutter brush Ref. CM851; these are steel brushes that effectively remove material residues from the cut, teeth and grooves of the cutter head.
