To be heat-sealed and thermoformed

The footbed model is made of assembled materials, with the EVA lining pre-glued only in the heel area for easier processing. It is then ready for modification and bonding by means of thermo-welding (thanks to the adhesive contained in the resin which is activated when the footbed is heated). It is then ready for thermoforming at 80°. It is then possible to shape it to fit the footwear perfectly.
