Product description

The Printex Medical labelling machine simplifies and optimises the labelling and documentation of sterilised instruments. The medical sterilisation labelling machine is designed forapplying double-sided adhesive labels with a Class 1 indicator for steam sterilisation.

It has an ergonomic designthat makes it extremely easy to handle. The medical labelling machine for sterilisation traceability allows alphanumeric information to be printed on self-adhesive labels. The printed data is arranged over two lines. The labels can be applied by peeling off the top layer and affixing them where required.

The Printex Medical labelling device, thanks to its two print lines, is capable of printing information onto specific labels.

These labels contain a process indicator for steam sterilisation. Before sterilisation, the colour-changing ink on the label is PINK.

After the sterilisation cycle, the colour-changing ink on the label will turn BROWN.

The Printex Medical labelling machine, with two print lines, is the ideal tool for the traceability of sterilised products.

The printed label will contain information such as:

- Sterilisation date and expiry date

- Batch number

- Operator

- Product

The label can simply be removed from the sterile packaging and applied where required.

Maximum safety thanks to the option to include the sterilisation date, expiry date and batch number.

Before use, set the required parameters on the labeller (batch number, expiry date, product code, etc.).

Print a label containing the necessary information, apply it to the pouch containing the instrument to be sterilised and place the instrument in the autoclave. If using a sterilisation cycle traceability form, it is also possible to print another label and affix it to the form itself before starting the sterilisation cycle. Once the sterilisation cycle has finished, check that the colour of the label has changed from pink to brown. If using a traceability form, remove the label from the bag and attach it to the form. This simple procedure guarantees that sterilisation has taken place, whilst maintaining a record where it is possible to view all the information tracked during the sterilisation process at any time.

Each sterilisation labeller comes with a roll of labels and an ink pad already fitted inside.
