Correct insertion of the cap:

  • Ensure that the mandrel is clean, dry and undamaged
  • Insert the cap onto the spindle with a slight twist until it is completely secure
  • Check that it is secure before starting work
  • Insert the mandrel into the micromotor when it is switched off and lock the mandrel securely


Pay attention to the condition of the mandrel: a worn rubber mandrel can compromise the stability of the cap and the precision of the treatment.

If the cap moves or does not fit properly, it is time to replace the mandrel.
