Product description

Kuartz HD professional drill bit kit for micromotors, withstandard cut. Ideal for filing down even the thickest toenails, working quickly with nail extension materials and reducing calluses.

The active part of the drill bit, which comes into contact with the treated area, is made of 100% biocompatible, metal-free material.It remains clean during use, improving cutting performance and reducing vibrations and overheating, allowing for continuous and controlled removal.

During use, it produces a powder that is not too fine, making it much easier for the vacuum system to extract.

Autoclavable up to 180°C.

The kit includes a practical shock-resistant plastic bur holder with an adjustable tip-protecting handle. It has 15 holes and is autoclavable.

Hints

Good hygiene:

Spray with a ready-to-use instrument pre-treatment, and wait for at least 5 minutes.

Rinse and proceed with simultaneous cleaning, washing and disinfection using a concentrated disinfectant detergent, which must be diluted in water and can be used in ultrasonic equipment.

The contact time with the instruments is 10 minutes, up to a maximum of 15 minutes, after which rinse thoroughly with demineralised water and dry.

Proceed with autoclave sterilisation.

Warning: do not use temperatures exceeding 180°C.

For optimal long-term performance and thorough cleaning, we recommend cleaning the Kuartz HD bur with the specific nylon bur brush, Ref. CM852, which effectively removes debris from the cutting edge, teeth and grooves of the bur head without damaging the material.

Do not use abrasive steel brushes or other aggressive materials.
