SteriHero Speed+ Melag isa professional Class B autoclave designed to ensure fast, safe and efficient sterilisation in practices that carry out frequent cycles throughout the day and need instruments to be ready at all times between treatments.

The ultra-fast 6.5-minute sterilisation cycle for non-bagged instruments reduces waiting times, improving workflow organisation. The ideal solution for professionals who want to maintain high standards of hygiene without slowing down the workflow.

The 5-litre chamber, equipped with 2 trays, allows for the sterilisation of both bagged and unbagged instruments, offering flexibility of use according to actual daily needs. The compact design allows for installation even on small work surfaces, making SteriHero Speed+ perfect for environments with limited space.

The Plug & Play system with external water tanks eliminates the need for fixed connections to the mains water supply, allowing for immediate installation and practical space management. The Smart-Touch display has been designed to make using the autoclave simple and intuitive: the operator is guided through programme selection and can clearly monitor the cycle status, reducing the risk of errors and simplifying daily operations.

The flexDRY drying function allows drying times to be customised according to the load, avoiding unnecessarily long standard cycles. This ensures instruments are perfectly dry, ready for use and subject to less thermal stress, optimising the time between one sterilisation and the next.

Power Save mode is designed to reduce energy consumption by optimising the autoclave’s power usage during periods of inactivity. This helps to keep daily running costs down without compromising sterilisation performance.

To ensure proper cycle traceability, SteriHero Speed+ allows data to be stored on a USB drive, with the option of an external printer (optional), facilitating documentation management.
