Product description

The Helix Test is a device used to assess the vapour permeability of hollow bodies; it consists of a Teflon® tube open at one end. At the open end is a container fitted with a hermetically sealed screw cap, housing a multi-variable chemical indicator. The chemical indicator housed in the container changes colour correctly only when the autoclave is able to completely remove the air from the chamber and steam can penetrate the entire length of the tube.

Complies with EN ISO 11140-1, Class 2 indicator.

Cannula compliant with standard EN 867-5.

The Helix Test System is a practical kit containing everything needed to perform 250 steam penetration tests.

Each pack contains 1 Helix cannula, 250 strips with chemical indicator and the relevant instructions for use.
