Product description

Professional bi-directional stainless steel micromotor burr with diamond surface and spherical tip.

Ideal for working in the nail walls, lifting cuticles and finishing small calluses with a core.

The working part is covered with high-grade diamond grains, aggregated with a special process that guarantees a surface with a homogeneous and long-lasting distribution, for excellent working results.

Made of stainless steel and diamond surface, hygienic and easily disinfected and sterilised: in an autoclave, with dry heaters or chemical solutions.

Recommended speed of use: 1,000 to 45,000 rpm

Hints

Correct hygiene:

Spray with a ready-to-use instrument pretreater and wait at least 5 minutes.

Never use abrasive metal brushes for cleaning.

Rinse and proceed with simultaneous cleaning, cleansing and disinfection with a concentrated disinfectant detergent, which must be diluted in water and can be used in ultrasonic equipment.

Contact time with instruments is 10 minutes, maximum 15 minutes, after which rinse thoroughly with demineralised water and dry.

Proceed with the usual sterilisation techniques (autoclave etc.).

Caution: do not use temperatures higher than 180°C.

For a better abrasive performance, we recommend cleaning the diamond burr with the specific silicon carbide stone, Ref. CM406; this is a fine-grained white stone which should be moistened with water before gently sliding the burr over its surface.
