Heat sealer roll for packing sterilisation instruments 10 cm x 200 m

Paper and polypropylene roll to contain and store instruments to be sterilised or sterilised. With built-in sterility indicator on the paper part (in contact with steam at sterilisation temperature, the indicator changes colour from pink to brown).

They are used in the heat sealer, which allows you to make sealed pouches of the desired size (by cutting and heating the polypropylene side) and close them hermetically.

USE
Thoroughly wash, clean and disinfect the instruments to be sterilised, taking special care not to leave any organic residue in contact with the instrument (in which case the part in contact with the organic residue will not be sterilised).
Select the desired roll size and insert it into the bar of the heat sealer.
Select the length needed to hold the instrument, close the heat-sealing bar and cut.
Place the instrument in the bag and close the open side with the heat sealer.
Place in autoclave with the paper side up.
