Sterile, single-use, individually packaged shielded needles for electrolysis. The shielding consists of a coating of ultra-thin (less than 1 micron) medical-grade insulating material. This coating allows for gentle insertion of the needle into the follicle and is therefore also suitable for prolonged treatments. The surface and sensitive layers of the skin remain protected by the insulated shaft, and discomfort is reduced.
