SteriHero Podo 18 is a steam autoclave designed to effectively sterilise professional instruments. The chamber’s emptying and filling cycles ensure proper air removal and uniform steam distribution throughout the entire sterilisation process.

Maximum versatility for any type of instrument

The 17-litre chamber is fitted with 3 trays and offers a load capacity of up to 5 kg of instruments. 

It allows for the sterilisation of both bagged and unbagged instruments, making it suitable for any operational requirement within a beauty salon.

Thefractional vacuum system allows for the complete removal of air from the sterilisation chamber, ensuring the instruments are properly sterilised.

Pressurised saturated steam technology ensures effective and reliable sterilisation of beauty instruments without compromising the integrity of professional equipment.

Intelligent management of the sterilisation process

Stand-alone: SteriHero Podo 18 is a self-contained autoclave, requiring no connection to the mains water supply, designed for practical and independent use. 

Control panel: the Smart-Touch display allows for intuitive management of the entire sterilisation process, from programme selection to real-time monitoring of the various operational stages. 

The interface guides the operator through the cycles, clearly displaying key information and the progress of the selected programme.

Cycle phases: thanks to intelligent management of temperature and pressure parameters, the autoclave automatically optimises the cycle phases to ensure reliable and consistent results. 

Preheating: the preheating function reduces waiting times between cycles, improving operational efficiency during the busiest working days.

Drying: Vacuum drying ensures instruments are perfectly dry at the end of the cycle, ready for use or storage. This system helps to preserve the quality of the instruments and simplify the day-to-day management of sterilised items.

Traceability: for complete traceability of the sterilisation process, the SteriHero Podo 18 allows cycle data to be archived via a USB connection or LAN network. Reports can be easily saved and accessed, facilitating the documentation of sterilisation procedures and the monitoring of activities carried out.

Energyconsumption: the Power Save function helps to reduce energy consumption during periods of inactivity, optimising the machine’s efficiency without compromising the autoclave’s operational availability.
