Air Power Pro is a professional micromotor with integrated suction, featuring a brushless handpiece designed for cosmetic pedicures, dry pedicures and dry manicures. The system combines a high-torque handpiece with coaxial suction and an advanced electronic control unit to ensure precise, continuous operation whilst minimising dust dispersion during treatment.

The 85 W motor delivers a maximum torque of 5.0 N·cm, ensuring stable and continuous rotation even during the most demanding procedures.

Rotation speed: the motor allows for an adjustable speed ranging from 0 up to a maximum of 40,000 revolutions per minute.

Handpiece: a professional brushless handpiece, weighing just 78 g, designed to reduce hand fatigue during prolonged use and ensure consistent performance over time. 

The ergonomic design, low vibration levels and 1.3 m cable help to provide greater comfort and freedom of movement whilst working. Ergonomic, high-torque handpiece fitted with an automatic chuck for quick bit changes. 

Features an integrated start/stop switch, 3-LED lighting and a coaxial suction system that channels dust directly into the handpiece tube. 

The coaxial suction system channels dust directly into the handpiece tube, helping to keep the work area cleaner and improving visibility during treatment. Reduced vibrations at the handpiece help to improve comfort during prolonged use and promote greater precision during treatment.

Suction: the suction system is fitted with a powerful suction motor and uses filter bags that are very easy to replace. The high-capacity filter bags help to maintain the efficiency of the suction system for longer and reduce the frequency of replacements. The integrated suction system helps to collect the dust generated during drilling directly at source. This helps to keep the workstation tidier and reduces the spread of dust into the environment. 

Control unit: the control unit is fitted with a touchscreen display featuring intuitive icons, allowing you to control all the main operating functions simply and immediately. The touchscreen display enables you to control speed, suction and operating mode from a single interface. The system allows you to save up to three frequently used work settings, which can be quickly recalled without having to reset each parameter.

Intelligent operation management: the micromotor can be used in either ‘Manual’ or ‘Auto’ mode. In ‘Manual’ mode, the rotation speed and suction power can be adjusted separately by hand. In ‘Auto’ mode, the two parameters are managed simultaneously, simplifying adjustment operations. ‘Auto’ mode is particularly useful when you wish to maintain a constant relationship between the bur speed and suction power without making separate adjustments. 

The unit also features a drill rotation direction reversal function, a useful feature for adapting the work to different operating techniques and the operator’s preferences. 

The option to select either manual operation or operation via the On/Off footswitch allows you to choose the most convenient mode of use whilst working. 

With a practical integrated side handpiece holder, designed to keep the handpiece within easy reach at all times and help maintain a tidier and more efficient workspace.

The control electronics, high-performance motor and filtration system are designed to ensure reliability and continuous operation during daily professional use.
