The website provides a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence to respond to enquiries regarding products, services and the use of the website. The assistant does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment prescriptions, legal advice or specialist opinions. The database which the AI system draws upon to provide answers and information is owned by Tecniwork S.p.A.
